Extra Veg - March Challenge

Sunday 2 March 2014
I'm hosting Extra Veg again this month.  It is a linky created by Helen from Fuss Free Flavours and I to encourage everyone to add extra vegetables to their meals.  Not only to you benefit from the extra nutrients and fibre, if you fill up on vegetables you are less likely to fill up on other, less healthy foods.

Our homegrown Chard, great for adding extra veg to meals.

This month we have a prize!

The prize is £20 (+p&p) of spices from Steenbergs, which are organic and Fairtrade as far as possible.  All their spices are ethically sourced and the business is carbon neutral.   Everything is functionally packed in jars that you can get a measuring spoon into, and also, importantly stack in the cupboard. They have a huge range and sell every spice you could possibly want.  The parcel can be sent to anyone within the UK with a valid postal address.  I shall use a random number generator to pick a winner from the entrants in the linky who will win this fab prize.
