Just Ingredients - 10 Ways to Spice Up Your Christmas

Wednesday, 26 November 2014
I was sent this fab infographic by the lovelies at Just Ingredients, which highlights ten Festive Ingredients and some great ideas for how to use them.  I shall try their idea of adding Allspice to gravy, a great way to add extra flavour.  We also make Pomanders, easy decorations with oranges and cloves, a perfect activity to keep the kids amused on a cold and wet weekend.  I hope you are also inspired by their ideas and enjoy experimenting with herbs and spices to liven up Christmas preparations in your kitchen this year.

Do stop by and visit Just Ingredients. They have a huge range of herbs, spices, nuts, dried flowers, teas, and super foods. There are organic and fairtrade products as well as botanical herbs, wholefoods, oils and seasoning blends. They also have a brilliant blog featuring delicious recipes and hints.
