Sample Policy

I always give honest feedback on samples that I am sent, but cannot guarantee to feature all samples received either on Utterly Scrummy Food for Families or via my social media channels. I work with a large number of brands and coverage may not be immediate. I understand you sometimes have to manage your client’s expectations for coverage so please let me know if this is a short term campaign and I will try and accommodate you. Any coverage will be my honest opinion and all free product will be clearly disclosed as such. Please allow sufficient quantities of product for photography and to be used in a variety of ways. Please supply via email details of the products, suppliers / retailers, RRP, website and Twitter handle.

Disclosure Policy

This blog is a personal blog composed and edited by me. This blog does occasionally accept cash advertising, sponsorship, and paid topic insertions.  That content, advertising space or blog post will be clearly identified as paid or sponsored content, without exception.

If I am paid to publish a post I will make this clear within the relevant blog post, without exception.

I do not sell follow links.  All paid links will be no follow.

If I have been sent a product, book, gadget or other item for review purposes I will make it clear within the relevant blog post. 

If I am sent a product or other item to review I shall give honest and unbiased opinions on my findings and experiences, whether they be positive or negative.

If I attend events promoting products, cookery masterclasses or other sponsored events and my travel expenses have been paid or I have received other incentives to attend, I shall make it clear within the relevant blog post.

This blog does contain content which might present a conflict of interest.  This content will always be identified.

Some recipes on my blog may have come from other sources originally and have been adapted over time.  Should this be the case I will endeavour to credit and link to any and all of the original recipes and will properly credit photographs that are not my own and I have been  given permission to use. 

I will not reproduce content from other sources unless I have prior explicit written consent from the owner of  the content to do so.  I am not out to infringe copyright, pass off other recipes as my own, or to profit from the culinary genius of others.
